Today was the International Biscuit Festival downtown.
(Yes, Knoxville is the best place in the whole world. We have an entire day dedicated to biscuits)
Chris, Emily, Talley and I all headed downtown to taste the best biscuits in the state.
Downtown turns into a biscuit paradise as you can see above. After tasting 5 different biscuits, I chose my favorite to be from a new restaurant coming into Market Square - Tupulo Honey Cafe.
This biscuit was flakey goodness with pimento cheese and country ham. Mmmm.
